Besides the many Gurudwara [Guru Nanak Darbar] and Jhulelal Temles, there are temples of Lord Shiva, Goddess Jagdamba, Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhavan, Prem Prakash Mandir, Anandpur Satsang Bhavan and many other religious places. In the Nanak Nagar Sindhi Colony Bhusawal, there is Baba Tulsidas Dham where Sindhi families can get tourist stay room on paid bases.

There is no Sindhi Panchayat at Bhusawal for Sindhis of main stream however we came to know that under the leadership of Shr Pitamberdas Vensimal Tekchandani  Bhusawal branch of Akhil Bharat Ladi Lohona Sindhi Panchayat is functional for a small part of Bhusawal Sindhi community.
At Present [Jan 2016] following three institutions are taking care of commercial and social welfare of Sindhis of Bhusawal.

Sindhi Dharamshala at Bhusawal doesn't have facility for stay of Sindhis visiting Bhusawal but this short coming is covered by Baba Tulsidas Dham, where visiting Sindhi family can get rooms on paid base. We were unable to visit but came to know that even A.C. rooms are available for tourist stay [only to Sindhis].
