Gope Kamal, one of very strongest signature of Sindhi literature, specially for the poetic expression in the Sindhi language is one of the best illustration of Sindhi attitude of turning every adverse situation into an opportunity. He has developed reading habit when during school days he was neglected by classmates just because he was unable to contribute for purchasing playing material. Gope Kamal belongs to generation of Sindhi litterateurs who are born and brought up in India after the partition of the country. So, he is also ideal representative for the growth of Sindhi literature in India. Gope Daryani has started Sindhi writing during his school days though his first Poem was published in the 1964 in a Sindhi publication of Pune Maharashtra. Famous and popular Sindhi folk singer Bhagwanti Navani is eventually immortal as she even after losing the physical existence still alive at hearts of thousands and thousands of Sindhi music lovers. Often called as Sindhi Koyel Bhagwanti was born on 01 Feb 1940 at Nasarpur. Undisputed queen of Singing Sindhi Lada (marriage ritual songs) Bhagwanti will always be remembered for singing Sukhamani Sahib (Guru Bani) in Sindhi. She also acted in Sindhi film Sindhua Je Kinare. On 22 Oct 1986 she left for heavenly abode.
