Jalkumar Masand Sahib

jalkumar_masand2Jalkumar, pioneer of establishing Masand Sewashram Raipur, Modern Sindhi Spiritual Center, is among the modern Sindhi Saints who strongly believes that Spiritual growth of human being and patriotism are parallel lines if one is increased other is bound to match. Jalkumar is born in Sindhi Masand spiritual community as son of Shri Jayramdas Masand and Shrimati Chandradevi Masand on 8 Oct 1947 at Rohari Sindh. Partition of country has forced his family to shift to Mumbai in December 1947 where they stay for almost one decade and than moved to Raipur. After completing education Jalkumar Masand Sahib joined government job in irrigation department. During those days he came in contact of Swami Atmanand, head of local Vivekanand Ashram who helped him to progress on path of spirituality and social service. Since 1969 he is working for producing public representative enriched with spirituality and for this purpose has established Masand Sewashram on 11 September 2005 at Raipur. This Ashram is not just center of knowledge of Sanatan Vedic literature but also have good number of Sindhi books.

Khattar Amardas Sadoramal

khattar_amardasBorn on 2 August 1963 at Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) and brought at Jhansi (U.P.) Amardas Khattar , is leading businessmen  and well known Social worker of Raipur city. Commerce Graduate Amardas Khattar is associated with many business oriented organisation like C G Chamber of Commerce and Raipur Electrical Merchants Association. His dedication to Social welfare of Sindhi community reflects from various post [Often elected unopposed or nominated] held by him.Presently Amardas Khattar is working as Sanghatan Sachiv of CG Sindhi Panchayat. Married with Kiran Khattar he is blessed with twin sons Abhiyan [B.Tech.] and Daljit [B.Com] Amardas is true devotee of living God Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
