Certainly, parents are not be chosen as Indians consider it luck so when on 30 Dec 1954 Surendra born as son of Padma Bhushan Dr. L H Hiranandani, it was his luck but Surendra went on to be a real estate giant it can’t be said his luck, it is his talent, genius ideas and sheer exhibition of Entrepreneurship which is responsible for his inclusion to Forbes Global Billionaires.

To world Surendra Hiranandani is known as the son of Mumbai based famous ENT surgeon Late Padma Bhushan Dr. L H Hiranandani and younger brother of Niranjan Hiranandani a big shot from the real estate industry of India. He was born on 30 Dec 1954 at Mumbai and on the academic fronts is a commerce graduate.
Surendra along with brother Niranjan entered into real estate business way back in 1985 with acquiring about 200-acre land at Powai to start their housing project Hiranandani Gardens. Later with his brother established Hiranandani Group where he worked in capacity of Co-founder and Managing director. During the 2005 – 2012 Surendra had worked as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Provogue (India) Ltd.
This is the sheer technical and architectural genius of Surendra that within short span of time Hiranandani Group gained fame and outstanding reputation for quality and innovation in arena of construction and real estate business. He always tried to match with international standards and create his own benchmarks so the Indian real estate business moves one level up in housing and commercial industry along with infrastructure.
In the 1980 Surendra had invested very heavily for R & D and in the 1989 had introduced 100% sewage recycling and rain water harvesting in all their projects. Surendra has also plans for business expansion he has brought land about 80 Acres at Bangalore, 35 acres at Chennai and 20 acres at Hyderabad for the projects in south India with a separate title House of Hiranandani.
Neha Hiranandani, daughter of Surendra and a graduate from University of Virginia is helping father in this business expansion and nourishing “House of Hiranandani” new business venture of family. Forbes has included Surendra Hiranandani on the list of Top 100 richest Indians at rank 83 with wealth worth of $ 1.1 Billion and part of Global Billionaires 2015. Surendra is blessed with three children Neha Hiranandani, Komal Hiranandani and Harsh Hiranandani. It is learned that Surendra got married with Alka Bhatia [sister of famous Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar] on 23 December 2012.

As for as healthcare is concern, he always looks forward for improvement of quality service, his thought is truly reflected from his works in capacity of Founder & Managing Trustee of Dr. L.H. Hiranandani Hospital Mumbai.
Famous and popular Sindhi folk singer Bhagwanti Navani is eventually immortal as she even after losing the physical existence still alive at hearts of thousands and thousands of Sindhi music lovers. Often called as Sindhi Koyel Bhagwanti was born on 01 Feb 1940 at Nasarpur. Undisputed queen of Singing Sindhi Lada (marriage ritual songs) Bhagwanti will always be remembered for singing Sukhamani Sahib (Guru Bani) in Sindhi. She also acted in Sindhi film Sindhua Je Kinare. On 22 Oct 1986 she left for heavenly abode.
