Balotra is city of historic temples as at distance of hardly 15 KM from the city heart, there is Brahma Temple at Asotra village, Shri Ranchore Ray, Khed Mandir at village Khed is nearly 10 KM and about 4 KM away is renowned Rani Bhatiyaniji temple. A few Jain temples are also there. To modern world Balotra is known as the home of textile industry especially Hand Block Printing. Hot tourist spot of Royal Rajasthan, Jodhpur is nearly 100 KM away from Balotra.
