Karanja Lad is a small township city in the Vidarbh region of Maharashtra. Sindhis who migrated from Sindh have made the town a commercial center of the area. Since the 1958 when Jhulelal Mandir was constructed here Cheti Chand has become festival of city. If we go business wise Cloth, Grocery, Medicine and Footwear trading is dominated by the Sindhis.
