Nand Hinduja Anand famous sindhi poet and one among the renowned sindhi authors of modern India is very active member of Akhil Bharat Sindhi Boli and Sahit Prachar Sabha. Nand was born on 5th April 1938 at Larkana in the Sindh provision of undivided India. After the partition of the country Hinduja family shifted to Gandhinagar Kolhapur but for seeking education through Sindhi medium soon Nandlal was forced to shift to Ulhasnagar at house of his maternal Aunt.
After complete his B.A. in History and Sindhi he started his professional career as Sindhi teacher and kept of acquiring higher educational qualification finishing his academics as being M.A. M.Ed., he worked for a long span of 33 year as secondary teacher with S.P.P. New Era High School in Ulhasnagar. O
n the 14th May 1961 he married with Sou Savitri Devi a Sindhi Teacher from Ulhasnagar. Presently He is living at Mulund a suburb of Mumbai.
During the long-illustrated teaching career he was also active with many social and literary Organisations like Sindhu Adabi Sangat, Ulhasnagar, Larkana Sindhi Panchayat as member and office bearer. He also went on to establish his own publication house “Sadanand Publication”. He is the story writer of First Sindhi Video film “Khat Mothiro”. On 17 December 2014 he left this world for heavenly abode.

Akhil Bharat Sindhi Boli and Sahit Prachar Sabha has dedicated their 86th seminar to life, work and literary contribution of Nand Hinduja Anand, which was conducted at Gandhinagar Kolhapur in association of Sindhu Youth Group.
Famous and popular Sindhi folk singer Bhagwanti Navani is eventually immortal as she even after losing the physical existence still alive at hearts of thousands and thousands of Sindhi music lovers. Often called as Sindhi Koyel Bhagwanti was born on 01 Feb 1940 at Nasarpur. Undisputed queen of Singing Sindhi Lada (marriage ritual songs) Bhagwanti will always be remembered for singing Sukhamani Sahib (Guru Bani) in Sindhi. She also acted in Sindhi film Sindhua Je Kinare. On 22 Oct 1986 she left for heavenly abode.
