Sajan Gianchandani one of most popular Sindhi personality not just from the twin city Adipur Gandhidham but also from the entire Gujarat state is also a respected and renowned personality of Sindhi literature. Very few people knows that his birth name is Chhato Thadhomal Gianchandani as he has contributed to Sindhi literature through his poetry, Drama, Story and essay writing and translation [from Gujarati to Sindhi] to such a great extent that everybody knows him as Sajan Gianchandani, Sajan is his pen name.
Biography /About - Sajan Gianchandani
Sajan Gianchandani was born on 20 June 1946 at Tharu Shah Sindh and his family has been forced to shift India because of partition of the country. Sajan Gianchandani holds degree of M.Com. and besides the B.Ed. has also passed Kovid and S.T.C. exams. He has worked as teacher and Principal for long 41 years at Dr. Choithram Gidwani High School and Cambridge English School. He was founder Principal of Cambridge English School and still associated with trust of school. He is also Deputy Head of Sindhu Vidyapeeth Society. One of his most significant achievement in the field of education that since 1991 he is conducting Sindhi Learning Class from the B.S.F. personals.
Sajan Gianchandani is living history as he had spent a good time with personalities like Tirth Babani and others and worked with them for the preservation and growth of Sindhi language in India. Sajan Gianchandani is also active social worker he is associated with many social and literary institutions of the city. During time after the earth quake at Kutch He has worked with other social workers like Dada Kanyalal Kewalramani by establishing a separate institution “Sindhi Samaj Kutch” to help the victims of earth quake. He has been honored by Gujarat Sindhi Sahitya Academy by five Awards.

Famous and popular Sindhi folk singer Bhagwanti Navani is eventually immortal as she even after losing the physical existence still alive at hearts of thousands and thousands of Sindhi music lovers. Often called as Sindhi Koyel Bhagwanti was born on 01 Feb 1940 at Nasarpur. Undisputed queen of Singing Sindhi Lada (marriage ritual songs) Bhagwanti will always be remembered for singing Sukhamani Sahib (Guru Bani) in Sindhi. She also acted in Sindhi film Sindhua Je Kinare. On 22 Oct 1986 she left for heavenly abode.
