Mumbai, work land of Indian Film & Television Industry, is known as the land of realization of dreams and a boy born in a business Sindhi-Sikh family living in Mumbai has proved it once again. Born on 6th July 1985 Bittu, famous film actor Ranveer Singh Bhavnani entered into Bollywood battle fields with Band Baaja Baaraat in the year 2010, a film of by well reputed production house Yash Raj Films. The film was without a specific story or very dynamic effects; it was simple Romantic Comedy but proved a crowd puller on box office.
From very first film Ranveer has shown that hard work has no alternative, as he went to spent time at Delhi University campus, to get help for Delhi based character Bitto Sharma, he was playing in the film. His efforts were well recognized as he went on to win the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut award at the 56th Filmfare Awards.
Young Sindhi boy Ranveer become heart beats of film lovers and has eye twinkling star of critics. His next two films Lootera and Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela were the true illustration and expression of his talent. His collaboration with Sanjay Leela Bansali proved deadly combination as duo went on give Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat in short span of three years. Even the critics were forced to acknowledge Ranveer’s talent as he bagged prestigious Filmfare Award for both of these films. Success of Gunday, Befikre, Simmba and Gully Boy has made him most popular and highly charging male actor of Bollywood.
On the list of his unreleased films due to Corona effect some important ones are 83, Sooryavanshi and Jayeshbhai Jordaar. In his film career of one-decade Ranveer has bagged four Filmfare Awards: Best Male Debut for Band Baaja Baaraat (2010), Best Actor (Critics) for Padmaavat (2018), Best Actor for Bajirao Mastani (2016) and Gully Boy (2019).
Ranveer Singh Bhavnani - Family & Early Life
Born as the son of Anju [ Hingorani] and Jasjit Singh Bhavnani, Ranveer has a childhood dream of becoming actor in film industry. This is notable that his grandparents were among those who forced to shift from Karachi – Sindh to Bombay during the partition of the country. During the schooling at Mumbai, he participating in several school plays and found a kind of thirst for acting and dancing. This was happening during the birthday celebration of his grandmother, in the function he has presented a dance performance on song Chumma Chumma from Amitabh’s film Hum, which was appreciated by everyone present.
This was his early opinion that getting a chance in film industry is not an easy task so he started concentrating on creative writing. After the early education at Mumbai [at H.R. College of Commerce and Economics] he went to United State for higher studies and return back with Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
In the November 2018 on 14th Ranveer married with Deepika Padukone at Lake Como, Italy. This was a traditional marriage in which traditional Konkani & Sindhi marriage rituals were included as different sets.

Undisputed queen of Singing Sindhi Lada (marriage ritual songs) Bhagwanti will always be remembered for singing Sukhamani Sahib (Guru Bani) in Sindhi. She also acted in Sindhi film Sindhua Je Kinare. On 22 Oct 1986 she left for heavenly abode.
