To surprise of entire nation during the Oath ceremony of Members of 17th Lok Sabha, MP from Indore has taken Oath in his mother tongue Sindhi, a language one among 22 languages recognized by Indian constitution was never before used at such high level so naturally Shankar Lalwani become the first choice for Sindhi politician. Born on 16 Oct 1961 at Indore Shankar Lalwani was active with BJP since early days of his youth. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Shankar Lalwani is among the successful businessmen of the city. He has a previous history of his love and liking for Sindhi language and Sindhiyat as he always gets actively involved with arrangements of Cheti Chand celebration at Indore. We Team TSW, wish him a bright successful political career.

Famous and popular Sindhi folk singer Bhagwanti Navani is eventually immortal as she even after losing the physical existence still alive at hearts of thousands and thousands of Sindhi music lovers. Often called as Sindhi Koyel Bhagwanti was born on 01 Feb 1940 at Nasarpur. Undisputed queen of Singing Sindhi Lada (marriage ritual songs) Bhagwanti will always be remembered for singing Sukhamani Sahib (Guru Bani) in Sindhi. She also acted in Sindhi film Sindhua Je Kinare. On 22 Oct 1986 she left for heavenly abode.
